Lead, as a key worker, in the provision of person centred care with holistic support of individuals, in a community or residential setting, whilst promoting equality and choice for all.
Responsible for development, recording, implementation and review of personal care and support plans in partnership with service users.This post is regulated work with Children and/or Protected Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland)
Act 2007.
Where an individual has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more out with the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required.
The work pattern for this position is 20 hours per week working a 7 week rolling rota, 2 shifts per week 21:4- 07:45, includes weekend work.
