    This historical practice, based in the heartbeat of London, is growing rapidly and requires a Residential Property Solicitor to join the ranks and grow alongside the company. The opportunity will have you based in a dynamic and well-managed department where the proof of progression can be seen in the form of the managing partner who started at the firm as a paralegal.

    The Firm

    Originally established over 70 years ago, this renowned firm now boasts 22 highly-skilled partners overseeing several different sectors. With a stellar reputation, this Legal 500 firm also boasts 15 lawyers who are individually recommended in the legal 500, thus showing the calibre of employees they possess.

    Mainly working with medium to large national and international companies, financial institutions and substantial corporate investors, this practice is 85 employees strong and on the rise.

    The Role

    The firm is looking for a Residential Property Solicitor in its flourishing Manchester office.

    The bespoke caseload will include many high-value matters and will consist of; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions.

    This prestigious firm deals with high-quality work with an excellent client base and a fantastic range of equipment to assist you.

    Excellent Paralegal support will be on offer from day one and for the right candidate, progression to Partner is a very real opportunity.

    Requirements:

    • You will be a 2+ PQE residential property solicitor
    • You will have experience in dealing with a busy caseload and assisting junior fee earners
