What We Look For

Through hands-on experience, mentoring and intensive training, this 15-week competitive fellowship gives people who have been on a career break for two or more years a fantastic opportunity to return to full-time employment and will help you prepare for a long-term career with us. The program offers a great reintroduction to corporate life for those returning to the workplace with our goal being to place high performing participants who successfully complete the program into full-time positions within the firm.

We have opportunities across our Finance & Business Management function including: Product Control, Legal Entity Control & Control Management.


If you have a background in finance, accounting, statistics, or economics and relevant industry previous experience we would love to hear from you.

Any technical/analytical skills or professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, CIMA) will be a big plus.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Assist with daily P&L reporting and monthend close processes
  • Provide detailed analysis and reporting on the financials to desk heads, business managers, and senior finance management
  • Partner with the business to drive forth and implement robust controls and new business initiatives
  • Drive coordination across various front & back office support functions to ensure resolution of control and reporting issues in an accurate and timely manner
  • Serve as an analytical and project support resource for product control
  • Handle various adhoc requests on a daily basis
