The Role


Pinnacle Group are looking for a Concierge to be part of a Pinnacle team delivering outstanding customer service to private residential developments.

To be responsible for providing a welcoming, safe and well-maintained environment.

The most important attributeto this job is excellent customer service, hard work and dedication, and the desire to make a difference in what can be a challenging and rewarding environment.

To assist in the general running and upkeep of a new private residential development in Beckton. Provide a safe, secure and well-maintained environment. Maintain the highest standards, ensuring that excellent customer service is delivered to the Residents/Company and its client/development. To foster good relations with the residents and ensure that the development is managed to a very high standard.


Duties/Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming clients and residents
  • Acting as the point of reference for visitors, Contractors and others who need assistance or information
  • Application of Pinnacle Values
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety Procedures, lone working
  • Facilitate Contractors' visits
  • Parcel, Key and Laundry Services
  • Issue communications to all residents, draft logs and breach update trackers
  • Maintain inventory and stock of supplies for concierge desk
  • Conduct regular patrols and site inspections
  • Any other duties outlined by your Line Manager

Skills Required:


  • Professional attitude to service provision
  • Ability to resolve complaints effectively and within procedures
  • Can do attitude
  • Ability to work as an individual and part of a team
  • Flexible approach
  • Friendly and helpful, polite and courteous
  • Experience of working with the public is essential, ideally in a service related, customer facing capacity
  • Must hold a valid SIA Licence
