Accounts Payable Supervisor

  • Newtownabbey
- £30,000 per annum


Reed Recruitment is delighted to be working with a very well-known Hospitality Organisation with their Head Offices based in Newtownabbey.

Our client has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to join their team on a full-time,permanent basis.


Responsibilities:


  • Processing invoices accurately and effectively on a daily basis to ensure all amounts are paid within payment terms
  • Dealing with any queries relating to the invoices received to ensure all invoices are processed in a timely manner and to minimise back log
  • Printing and sending debit notes to the supplier
  • Ensuring all work is completed in line with month end targets
  • Do monthly statement reconciliations against the ledger for the suppliers and request copies or further information as required
  • Completing monthly cheque runs and bacs runs
  • Intrastat
  • Debit Balances
  • Running weekly reports through excel
Person Specification

  • 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • People management experience
  • Sage Accounts experience
Hours of work

  • Monday to Friday 9am5pm
