Fantastic opportunity for a Qualified Conveyancer with more than 2 years PQE to join this traditional practice based in South Manchester / Cheshire and work in a low volume environment.

Ideally you will have the ability to run your own caseload from inceptionto completion and work unsupervised.

Salary to £42,000
Low Volume Caseload (Up to 80 Files)
Your Own Paralegal
Regular Client Contact

This firm will afford you the luxury of your own paralegal, regular client contact and a low volume caseload.

You will be able to work with clients from the local area and ensure they have the smoothest transaction possible.

This opportunity will provide careergrowth and see you become a senior figure within this office however there will be guidance given from Partners should you need it as well as the opportunity to increase your responsibilities.

The senior management at this firm are very approachable and arealways willing to give up their own time to support you in any way.

You will be inheriting a caseload and will be dealing with up to 80 matters with a mix of sales, purchase, remortgage, right to buy, new build properties, auction properties and shared ownership matters for both freehold & leasehold properties as well as registeredand unregistered land matters.
