    Description

    Our client, a leading drinks business is looking for a Supply Chain professional to effectively manage their Customer Service, Stock Control & Logistics operations, to deliver a world class experience for their customers.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and develop the Customer Services provision, to provide a first-class experience for all customers, identifying and implementing service improvements, resolving complaints swiftly and professionally, introducing follow-up and courtesy contact, adding value by representing the business in the best way possible.
    • Manage the individuals within the Customer Services and Orders team and proactively motivate and develop their skills to continually improve the service provided.
    • Manage all aspects of office maintenance, facilities, and services for the business, acting as the main point of contact for service providers.
    • Effectively manage 3rd Party Logistics (3PL), Licensed Custom Brokers (LCB) and Freight Forwarder relationships.
    • Stay informed and up to date on import/export legislation.

    Candidate requirements:

    • A tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management or equivalent.
    • Customer Service and Logistics management experience in the Wine/Drinks or FMCG industry.
    • People management or supervisory experience.
    • Ability to build and establish effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels in the organisation.

    Salary will be circa £45K to £55K + 10% Bonus.

    25 leave days + 8 bank holidays

    The role will be based in the Hertfordshire area.

    Hybrid remote working options (3 days in the office)
