The ONE Group are delighted to be partnering with a local, growing SME client of ours to support with the appointment of a newly created Finance Business Partner position.

Having been established in Peterborough, and across the country for a number of years; they are looking to grow, and this role will play a pivotal part in that.

You'll work closely with the Finance Director on ad hoc project work, support growth plans and get heavily involved with strategic conversations with senior leadership.

You'll also work closely with the wider finance team to ensure that processes and reporting is efficient and in line with best practices.

Pricing Strategy
Line Management

You'll need to be qualified and played a leading part in a similar role, have good understanding of reporting and excellent business partnering skills.
