- Updating of SAP with confirming orders once factories confirm them, ETA dates, shipment reference numbers, container numbers, delivery dates / times to customers / warehouses
- Arranging shipment bookings for certain FOB customers, approving them based on costs and transit times, and liaising with factories to confirm the shipments with them.
- Booking in of containers to warehouses and amending the bookings where shipments are delayed.
- Chasing factories to ensure that shipping reports are provided on a weekly basis.
- Collating and filing all shipping documents for all shipments.
- Setting up of spreadsheets for certain customer FOB range orders
- Checking all product weights, dimensions, volumes etc. from shipping documents and updating SAP to ensure that information shown is accurate.
- Sending stock reports to all Account Managers and Sales Administrators on a weekly basis.
