Role Overview:
Our client is seeking talented and motivated individuals to join their Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) team as Associates.
In this role, candidates will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of transactions within the renewable energy sector, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships.
They will play a key role in conducting financial analysis, market research, and due diligence, while also supporting the deal execution process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
Conduct financial analysis, including valuation modelling, financial statement analysis, and scenario analysis.

Support due diligence efforts, including data gathering, analysis, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques.
