- Cleaning, creating paperwork, Inspect, Disassembly, Assembly, Testing and Final assembly of hydraulic units and general hydraulics. Ensuring quality standards are met on first time basis & in a timely manner.
- All duties shall be undertaken in compliance with Safety and Environmental Regulations and Company Procedures.
- An awareness and understanding of responsibilities outlined in the Company's environmental
- Ability to read CMMs.
- Ability to use measuring equipment & work out torque values.
- Liaison with associated departments
- Work to Production priority lists - ASPEN, Milestone dates as provided by Production Control.
- Illustrate previous knowledge and experience working within an engineering facility.
- Good knowledge, awareness and understanding of PPE.
- Previous experience with Hydraulics/Mechanical would be desirable, but not essential.
- Desirable for the applicant to have worked within the aviation environment (not essential).
- Good communication skills as need to be able to communicate with staff on business and other issues that affect the business.
- Willingness to learn new skills.
- Good problem solver.
- Educated to at least GCSE level.
- Able to communicate fluently in written and spoken English.

This Trainee Hydraulic Technician position is on a permanent basis and has become available due to continued growth and expansion. In this role, you will assist the department for carrying out work required, Test, Repair & Overhaul of Civil Aircraft Landing Gear Hydraulics to a high quality standard.
