Description

Responsibilities:


  • Run and maintain sales invoices ensuring raised in line with client's invoice cycle.
  • Weekly subcontractor
  • Preparation of weekly & monthly payrolls for PAYE and making payments to HMRC.
  • Preparation of Monthly Management accounts to produce monthly P&L, Balance Sheet and Management reports with detailed analysis.
  • Finalisation of year end and quarterly figures for external accountants.
  • Coordinate and direct the preparation of the cash flow forecast and report variances
  • Intercompany reconciliations and contra invoicing.
  • Regular bank account, loan and invoice discounting reconciliations
  • Maintain fixed asset register
  • Preparation of quarterly VAT returns and uploading to HMRC
  • To undertake any duties according to the needs of the company

Skills:


  • Sage 50 and Sage Payroll experience beneficial
  • Excel
  • Prior experience of managing a team
  • Strong organisational, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Selfmotivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects.
  • Attention to detail
