Stanton House is partnering with a PE Backed Real Estate business to recruit a talented Finance Analyst.

This is a newly created role within the business and the CFO is looking for a resource for the next 3-6 months (Outside IR35).

Working 2 days from homeand 3 days in the office, which is based in Central London, this is a highly commercial role where you have a genuine opportunity to add value to a high growth business.

You will perform excel modelling, taking data from the system and creating automated reports to provide all the necessary information to enable informed decisions are made.

You will also be using SQL reporting to automatically update Excel models. Additionaltasks will include undertaking month end business analytic reviews to understand trends, highlight anomalies & investigate solutions.

You will also create month end board packs, investor packs, cashflow forecasting and project reporting packs as well as sensitivityanalysis.

To be suitable you must have the following:

Highly proficient with SQL and Excel
Competent with building and improving financial models
Commercially focused and have a strong background of providing insight to leadership teams
Strong business partner and be comfortable working with and influencing board execs
Available on short notice, ideal start date is within 2 weeks.
