Working Flexibly

What will you be doing?:


  • Assisting with Level two incident management
  • Participating in service reviews and posting incident reviews
  • Reviewing of Implementation Plans and Release Documentation
  • Coordinating, Supporting and Executing during and post change implementation
  • Investigating and coordinating for closure in support of triage and major incident calls
  • Analysing closure for Capacity/ Performance Management
  • Being responsible for on call support and adhoc overtime as appropriate
  • Building and managing relationships with key stakeholders within Barclays wider teams

What we're looking for:


  • Exposure to Unix/ Linux, shell scripting
  • Solid experience with Oracle PL/ SQL
  • Exposure to TWS/ Autosys
  • Exposure to Connect Direct

Skills that will help you in the role:

  • A graduate degree preferred
  • Exposure to AppDynamics, Cloud and Wily
  • Exposure with Opensource Kafka
  • Solid experience with ITIL V3/ V4
