    SAP SuccessFactors Senior Talent Consultant

    Location 90% remote, 10% onsite Preston

    Must Be Eligible to go through BPSS clearance

    Role Spec


    • Responsible for leading the delivery of an innovative, robust, and future-proof global SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals management solution for a large, multi-national organisation


    • Strong experience of 'hands on' SuccessFactors Performance and Goals Management configuration, and knowledge and experience of integration into the rest of the SuccessFactors suite.


    • Ability to plan, prepare and deliver design and playback workshops


    • Guide the customer on SF talent best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors product roadmap


    • Ability to communicate effectively and manage a broad set of stakeholders at all levels within a client's organization


    • Lead the PMGM workstream across all phases of the project, working flexibly and incorporating a multi location delivery model


    • Certification in SuccessFactors PMGM and other talent modules


    • Experience of delivering SuccessFactors at large, complex organisations
