Roll up - a highly-accredited, well-respected and prosperous client of mine are looking to hire They are looking for a Purchasing Administrator for their busy, swanky and brand-new office located in Hertfordshire and have previously worked on some intriguingprojects, with very prestigious clients


The role:


  • Purchasing relevant supplies and material as and when required
  • Creating and elevating relationships with current suppliers, as well as updating supplier list
  • Working to gain best supplier prices and buying terms
  • Signing off delivery notes after checking, ensuring orders are correct
  • Maintaining log and records of delivery notes
  • Booking deliveries
  • Assisting in logistics
  • Raising relevant PO's
  • Monitoring PO's throughout process, ensuring correctly raised and logged
  • General admin tasks such as: drafting procedure docs, filing and scanning, entering data onto the relevant database and researching projects

The person (requirements):


  • Excellent comms skills both written and oral
  • Min 2 years experience within a similar role or industry
  • Proficiency in Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Good attention to detail
