Reed Finance are partnering with an established educational organisation in the search for a new Finance Business Partner/Head of Management Accounts to support and deputise for the Head of Financeand provide commercial and operational support to the organisation.

This role involves the day-to-day management of the business partnering function, ensuring the production of timely, auditable monthly and annual statutory accounts, and providing competent business partnering to the Group in compliance with financial, audit, and procurement regulations.

Manage and develop the business partnering staff, focusing on quality processes and outcomes.
Develop an accurate and efficient payroll service.
Analyse and report on income and expenditure gaps, providing information, advice, and guidance for financial performance improvements.
Collaborate with HR on workforce planning management.
Facilitate financial responsibility training for budget holders and staff.
Produce monthly management accounts and financial reporting.
Maintain and update financial forecasting and modelling processes.
Continuously improve management and financial systems and administration.
Proven experience in financial management and business partnering.
Strong leadership and staff management skills.
Ability to produce accurate financial reports and manage budgets.
Knowledge of financial forecasting and modelling.
Proficiency in relevant financial software and systems.
