Techlerator, a leading recruitment partner in the tech industry, is currently scouting for an accomplished Enterprise Architect for a pioneering fintech company based in London.

This role is pivotal in defining and guiding strategic initiatives that align the technology architecture with business objectives.

As an Enterprise Architect, your responsibilities will include designing and overseeing the implementation of enterprise-wide systems and infrastructure critical for supporting the company's needs for scalability, security, and operational efficiency.

Conduct code reviews to ensure efficient and high-quality code.
Implement software engineering best practices across all application developments.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.

At least 5 years of experience as a Software Architect or Lead Software Engineer.
Proficiency in software development and coding, particularly in Java.
Extensive knowledge of software and application design and architecture.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and UI/UX design.
A strong understanding of software quality assurance principles.
