Customer Representative
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Effectively communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers with product information and pricing
- Up sell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
Experience:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to think on your feet
Salary:
From £24,921.81 per year
