Customer Representative

Responsibilities:


  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests
  • Effectively communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist customers with product information and pricing
  • Up sell products and services to customers when appropriate
  • Analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times

Experience:


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to think on your feet

Salary:
From £24,921.81 per year
