    Qualifications
    A provencommitment to high levels of customerservice
    Ability tocommunicate effectively with all customers ensuring needs aremet
    A sound knowledge of communication andcustomer care skills
    Ability to dealwith members of the public
    Ability to formand maintain appropriate relationships and personal boundaries withyoung people and families.
    A good standardof written English and Mathematics to at least GCSE C/ level 4which can demonstrate an ability to work at this level ordemonstrate relevantexperience.
    Ability tolisten and question to ascertain the needs of thecustomer
    A good standardof general education including good applied literacy and numeracyskills.
    5 GCSEs orequivalent including English and Maths (C andabove)
    A committed teamplayer honest loyal and trustworthy. Keen to develop andcontinually improve both on a personal level and in terms ofcontributing to the performance of theauthority
    A Full and CleanDriving Licence including the PCVelement
    Ability tocommunicate with people in a friendly and courteous manner inperson and over the telephone establishing and maintainingeffective working relationships with colleagues and externalparties.



    Knowledge & Skills Requirements Possess a BTEC or equivalentqualification in a Business, Computing, or Administrative field.Demonstrate strong proficiency in utilising IT and ManagementInformation Systems (MIS) solutions, specifically Microsoft Officesoftware. Possess prior MIS, Business, or Administrativeexperience. Possess experience or the necessary skills to supervisestaff in the short term effectively. Possess experience with ONEand/or SIMS. Possess strong written communication skills andexperience in disseminating information to relevant parties.Possess experience or the necessary skills to take minutes whenrequired accurately. Possess excellent communication skills.Possess experience in working under pressure to meet tightdeadlines. Fluency in English and Welsh is essential.
