With multiple locations and a growing digital presence, this business is looking for a dedicated Social Media Executive to support the day to day management of the social platforms.

This role is office-based in the centre of Birmingham and is easily accessibleby public transport. Working Monday to Friday 9.00am -5.30pm.

The Essence of the Role
Day-to-day running of the group social media accounts and e-commerce support across company web platforms.

The Scope of the role

Work with the Head of Marketing to develop and implement social media strategy
Adapting strategies to increase followers across different social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn
Manage a campaign calendar and create content to increase audience participation
Develop the posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
Provide weekly/monthly reporting, adding insights and actions
Analyse all campaigns to constantly optimise and improve ROI, suggesting areas for improvements
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions, events and competitions

Prerequisites

Proven work experience as a social media coordinator
Expertise in multiple social media platform
Passionate about increasing followers across different social media sites such as Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
