    Job Title:
    Highways Ganger / Team Leader

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Highways Ganger/Team Leader to join our team for a project on the M25.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team in all aspects of civil work, including ductwork, drainage, slabbing, paving, steps, handrails, etc.

    Ideally we are looking for gangs / teams that have worked together on previous projects. The gang should have a mixture of operatives including (team leader / machine drivers / groundworkers / pipe layers).


    Shift pattern:
    Monday
    • Friday with (nights / weekends becoming available).
    The contract is on going and you will be needed for minimum 18 months. Van + Fuel card will be provided.


    Skills:

    • Previous experience in highways construction
    • Strong leadership skills
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a teamResponsibilities:
    • Lead a team in all aspects of civil work on the M25 project J1
    • Ensure work is completed efficiently and to high quality standards
    • Supervise and train team members as needed
    • Maintain a safe working environment at all timesQualifications within the team:
    • SSSTS / CSCS / CPCS / Street works / highways passport.
