  • What do we do?_
Here at PPM, we carry out a variety of maintenance and construction work across our PPM divisions. We provide services for social housing clients as well as private clients.

Our work ranges from general maintenance, installing safety features and aid adaptions, full refurbishments on residential properties to complete construction of commercial buildings.


  • What does this role entail?_

The key responsibilities include:

  • Full building extension works, possessing a broad experience of all areas of construction such as groundworks, brick laying, carpentry and plastering
  • Follow blueprints or building plans to meet specifications
  • Collaborate with other construction workers onsite
  • What experience is needed for this role?_

The key experience required is:

  • Proven experience as a multi skilled jobbing builder or similar role
  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems is a plus
  • Knowledge of power tools and hand tools used in construction.
  • Strong understanding of safety procedures and guidelines in construction work
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Works well under pressure

Salary:
£31,200.00-£33,280.00 per year
