    MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
    Our client is a family run organization, prides itself on its business values, customer satisfaction,
    and first-rate service in the growing Northern Ireland automotive has an excellent opportunity for Technicians and Master Technicians to join their innovative Aftersales team

    ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
    • To impact the success of the company through the successful servicing and repair of vehicles within specified standards and time scales to exceed customer satisfaction.
    • Carrying out service and repairs on franchised & non franchise vehicles to the highest standards, including diagnosis of intricate mechanical and electronic problems.
    • Maintain thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
    • Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and reduced repeat repairs.
    SKILLS AND COMPENTENCIES
    • GCSE (or equivalent) English Language and Mathematics at Grade C or above
    • City & Guilds level 3 / NVQ Level III in Motor Vehicle Repair
    • Master Technician must have completed a recognized Master Technician Qualification and have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
    • VW/Audi/Seat/Skoda Experience is desirable but not essential
    • Aptitude for multi-tasking.
    • Ability to work under pressure.
    • A Valid Driving License is essential for this position (company will assist with this, as long as you have a valid South African passport and drivers license).
    QUALIFICATIONS
    • Applicants must be a qualified Petrol Technician or Master Technician
    PACKAGE:
    • Salary
    o Technician £ 30,000
    o Master Technician £ 33,000
