Job Overview
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the delivery of marketing campaigns and programmes for both internal and external audiences.


The Marketing Manager will be focused on digital channels, but the role holder must demonstrate resilience and the ability to work on non-digital marketing projects and in a fast-paced environment, often to strict deadlines.

They will also run the internalcommunications programme for employees across our diverse and geographically spread workforce.

The Marketing Manager will have an analytical disposition and manage segmented marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

The Marketing Manager role is made up of the following marketing activities into the broader team.

  • Responsible for the development and execution of marketing campaigns for our target sectors and services to support pipeline growth and influence existing contracts
  • Take ownership of the internal communications programme to ensure communications are planned, engaging and timely in their distribution
  • Develop and implement social media content that aligns to the communications calendar and wider marketing strategy and value propositions of the business for external and internal audiences
  • Maintain and update the Atalian Servest UK website and ensure growth in traffic through SEO and campaign targeting
  • Development of engaging marketing content including videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyse of the content success
  • Manage and coordinate the planning, delivery, and review of all marketing activities
  • Own the relationships with external marketing agencies and suppliers to ensure briefing and delivery of all marketing assets are on time and adhere to agreed budgets and brand standards.
  • Deal efficiently with all incoming marketing requests, ensuring that processes are followed, and the correct resources are allocated
  • Act as brand guardian to ensure brand standards are met across all elements of the business.
  • Promote best practices and protect the brands by paying attention to the use of branded resources and digital elements like LinkedIn etc
  • Undertake additional marketingrelated activities as and when required

Personal Attributes:


  • Enthusiastic about marketing and communications and stays up to date with the latest developments and trends
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with a good grasp of grammar and writing for different audiences
  • Comfortable in building relationships across all levels with internal and external stakeholders
  • Tenacious, with an eye for detail, the experience in proofreading would be a bonus
  • Processdriven and organised, you will be able to prioritise and manage workloads
  • A willingness to get stuck in and help where needed is essential

Experience:


  • Experience in both external and internal communications
  • Understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
  • Experience in using marketing automation tools
  • Efficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with exposure to the Adobe Creative Suite
