Parts Advisor
Heathrow Van Site, Feltham

£29-£31k basic, OTE £36k upwards.

  • Mon
  • Fri. 45 hours per week on rota.
8:00 to 17:00 or 9:00 to 18:00. Every other Saturday 8:00 to 13:00 on rota.

This role will be a great fit for you if:

  • You have previous working experience as a Parts Advisor or Parts Person within the automotive industry.
  • Some retail counter and phone experience advantageous
  • You are computer literate and confident using technology
  • Ability to use all appropriate modules of Keyloop/Kerridge

Your Role


At Rygor, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Parts Advisor, who has a passion for Setting the Standard for our customers.


We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, who will be able to control and maximise parts stock and sales and who is able to approach the role with a commercial mindset.


Day to day, you will be:

  • Assisting technicians by looking up parts needed for vehicle repair
  • Answering phone calls and assisting walkups and wholesale customers with their part needs
  • Tracking all incoming or outgoing parts for a dealership
  • Locating available parts when the dealership is out of stock
  • Handling part payment collection and making sure all parts are billed appropriately
  • Packaging and shipping parts back to the manufacturer
  • Refer to parts manual to identify the right part for the make and model and year of vehicles being serviced
