    Description

    Pratap Partnership are working on a Finance and Operations Administrator opportunity located in Scunthorpe which needs to be an immediate start. This will be temporary for 6 months with a view to turning permanent. This role will cover the following responsibilities:

    • Managing the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of invoices to clients for goods or services rendered
    • Tracking and managing company expenses, including purchases and travel, to maintain precise financial records
    • Compiling comprehensive daily reports summarizing activities, tasks completed, and notable developments to keep stakeholders informed.
    • Maintenances Salesforce - registration of new products and price maintenance
    • Follows up old projects in Salesforce and informs related colleagues to update the status
    • Supports Operation Team Members

    Excellent Excel is a must for this position to be able to report daily about Order Status and create reports based on data provided by UPS, SAP or BW.
