Are you seeking a new trainee sales opportunity in Enfield? Podium Recruitment Limited is looking for a full-time Trainee Insurance Advisor, and the role comes with a favourable salary and benefits package, including quarterly bonus scheme.

As a sales advisor, you will handle inbound and outbound personal insurance queries, new business and renewals for home, motor, small business and travel insurance policies.

In your first few weeks in this sales role, you can expect to:

Manage renewal of existing customer policies in-line with the diary system to achieve targeted 85% renewal retention monthly
Handle all forms of daily customer queries and correspondence, including new business, midterm adjustments and renewals and their subsequent followup
Develop and grow personal lines products within the existing customer base
Canvass new, existing and previous clients for commercial opportunities.
Good organisational and time management skills
IT literate
Previous retail or telephone sales experience would be a bonus
A full UK licence and own transport would be beneficial.
