Role Description

This is a full-time client care specialist role based in the London Area. As a client care specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, this includes using your outstanding communication and listening skills, alongside empathy. Your day-to-day tasks will include assisting clients, addressing their enquiries and concerns, and providing support throughout their matchmaking journey. You will ultimately join with the rest of the matchmaking team in order to provide outstanding introductions for our high calibre clients, ensuring the best customer service experience.

• Proven customer service skills
• High levels of organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and handle enquiries efficiently and with care
• Focus on working as part of a team
• Prior experience in a client-facing role is highly beneficial

Drawing Down the Moon hires from a diverse range of backgrounds and experience, what is most important to us is your ability to listen carefully and empathetically to the needs of our clients.

The role is currently working from home, but you will be required to travel to Central London both to meet with clients and colleagues. In the future, the role may become entirely onsite in London, so you must be able to travel into Central London easily in order to apply for this position.
