Our Croydon depot is looking for a Vehicle Technician to work alternating early/late shifts.

Here at DAF, you'll make sure that the best trucks are back on the road as fast as possible when they require maintenance.

You'll use the most advanced workshop systems on trucks with state-of-the-art technology.

If you enjoy taking on responsibility, then we'll give you the freedom to perform diagnostics and to decide how to carry out maintenance and repairs on trucks.

You'll carry out a range of inspections (MOT, tacho, etc.).
An extensive experience in carrying out repairs and maintenance on trucks, components and associated vehicles.
Familiarization with developments in the automotive industry.

You will be required to provide your own tool-kit and be in possession of a valid driving licence (preferably HGV but not essential).

Hours are Mon-Sat then Mon-Fri alternate weeks.
