Description
Grade: Romero Grade 6 (£27,216 - £32,398 actual salary)
Hours: 37 hours a week, permanent contract term time plus 1 week
Do you want to make a positive difference to young people and their lives? Are you patient, empathetic, resilient and supportive?
As part of our developing inclusion strategy, this is a new post to manage all aspects of the inclusion room, maximising the learning environment for our students ensuring the room is conducive to learning and promotes high expectations. You will also work with Heads of Year and the behaviour team to ensure all students within their respective year groups are supported in behaviour management to ensure excellent learning outcomes.

The successful candidate will:
Have a pass or above in Maths and English GCSE's or equivalent
Be a dedicated professional with some experience of working with students with challenging needs
Experience of managing staff is desirable
