Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
The Accounts Assistant will report to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for supporting the finance team across a typically diverse range of activities, including but not limited to:
- Purchase ledger
- reconciliation, invoices, statements, PO queries, payments
- Expenses company credit cards and personal claims
- Sales Ledger reconciliation, credit control, customer queries
- Bank bank postings, reconciliation
- Customer contracts set up, analysis of performance
- Pricing queries assisting the Sales team
- Ad hoc requests
Skills and Experience
- Must be competent on Microsoft excel v lookups and sumifs
- Experience in accounting software sage preferable but not essential
