1 April to 9 October 2023
Wednesday to Sunday 40 hours per week

Split shift: 7:30am - 10:30am

5:00pm - 10:00pm

Essential Jobs:


Breakfast 7:30am to 10:30pm

Wait on tables

Serve Guests Breakfast

Evening Shift 5:00pm to 10:00pm

1)
Meet & Greet
Help take guest's bags to the rooms

  • Instruct guests with airconditioning, safe, phone etc in room
  • Drinks & tea etc to guests on Patio.
  • Lower patio umbrellas at dusk
  • Clean patio tables
  • Put out & light Hurricane Candles on Patio tables
  • Make simple drinks in Bar when requested, before and after dinner
  • Prepare Breakfast instructions for Chef
  • Make Fruit salad for morning breakfast
  • Stock "Honesty Bar"

2)
Pool House & Laundry (from 7:00pm to 8:00pm when guests at dinner

  • Fold clean pool towels and take to pool house
  • Collect used pool towels / take to laundry / wash & dry them
  • Check drinks stock in pool house, clean pool kitchen, showers & sauna
  • Clean loungers, chairs & tables in pool area and lawns.
  • Lower umbrellas in pool area.
  • In laundry room, wash, dry and fold all napkins, dressing gowns etc
  • Tidy laundry room and linen room

3)
Dining Room, Bar & Lounge

  • Set tables for breakfast
  • Put extra cutlery away in appropriate drawers
  • Collect / fold and roll napkins into napkin holders
  • Roll cutlery into paper napkins for Patio use
- vacuum Dining Room, Bar & Lounge, adjust cushions in lounge,


4)
Computer work

  • Update completed registration forms in computer
  • Update Room Occupancy Board
  • Update staff rota on board
  • Order Newspapers for guests
  • Check & add arrival requirements: single beds / sofa beds / dogs
  • Compute laundry list and enter in computer
  • Do monthly mailing with Mailchimp to mailing list

£12.00 per hour
