Penguin Recruitment is pleased to present a position for a Graduate Town Planner to join the team with a fantastic residential Developer in London

My client is one of the largest housebuilders in the UK, with numerous sites nationwide The company has been established for over 70 years and have established themselves as a extremely well-regarded brand and employer This is a great company to startyour career with as they can offer a supportive working environment and will allocate a mentor to help you develop.

The role will involve the following responsibilities amongst others:

Working within the land and planning team to start acquiring land for developments
Working on s106 obligations
Attending site vits when needed
Liaising with clients and advising them on the planning process
Requirements:_
RTPI or RICS Accredited degree
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Desire to develop and progress within the company
Driving licence and access to a vehicle
