    About you:

    You'll be joining the Enterprise Risk Team as a Governance Manager. Reporting to the Head of Risk, you'll be a part of a fast-growing business that is challenging the market and doing things differently.

    You will:

    • Be responsible for the management of risk sub-committees, such as Financial Crime Compliance Committee, Compliance and Conduct Committee and Embedded Banking Oversight Committee.
    • The management of these committees includes: the taking of minutes and managing actions to closure, the creation of monthly agendas and forward looking calendars governance requirements, managing stakeholders for the timely and accurate paper submissions.
    • Understand the relevant governance requirements of the ToR's and managing annual committee effectiveness reviews.
    • Liaise with the relevant CoSec in the management of Group and UK risk committees (Board Risk Committee & Enterprise Risk Management Committee) including understanding and managing governance requirements, monthly agendas, forward looking calendars and managing stakeholders for the timely and accurate paper submissions.
    • Manage the monthly risk reporting across 1st and 2nd Lines for both Group and UK. This will require high level of attention to detail, as the risk report represents an output from the department and is submitted to Executive and Board level committees and the regulator. It also requires a high level of organisational skills, as the Group and UK reporting cycles run concurrently.
    • Manage the governance of the Group and UK policy libraries and timely policy renewals.
    • Support the delivery of the risk initiatives such as: the automation of risk reporting and policy management and delivering against areas of improvement.
