- IT tasks (tickets) logged by our ends users (customers) work for your respective dealerships
- Ad Hoc project work to assist MS patching, hardware rollout, go live support etc
- Forge and improve relationships with your respective dealerships
- Regularly travel to your own, and other sites further afield to learn new behaviours, trends and gain feedback from similar brands in different geographical locations
- Produce, own and maintain a full library of knowledge base articles for your respective brands and dealerships

IT Field Technician
Guildford/Farnborough Area
Permanent – Full time
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 plus Company Car
This opportunity is to provide mobile IT support to several custodial sites that you are responsible for (around 15 sites and working with prestigious brands of cars such as Audi/Jaguar Land Rover)
Your main focus is to work your way through the job queue, whilst completing quarterly audits of your sites to identify continual service improvements. You will also be responsible, in line with the IT Asset Management team, to recover any unused/disposal of assets etc.
With no two days are the same feel, you will work on some great project work too.

The ideal person for this role will be great with people, listen, empathise and own users' issues through to resolution. They are the ambassadors of the . department whilst visiting the various locations in the group and hence must present themselves and the department in the right manner. Experienced in working as a Field Technician/Engineer role would be preferable. A sound foundation of hardware, software and networking knowledge, excellent troubleshooting skills, patience, and excellent communication skills. A full clean driving license is essential as a company car will be provided. You will love working in a KPI driven atmosphere.
