Our leading boutique investment banking client is looking for an Analyst to join their team in September 2024.

The firm, a London-based independent investment banking advisory firm, has a strong track record of executing top-tier transactions across UK industries. The business offers services across M&A, Restructuring, and Debt & Equity Advisory.

Junior bankers will have exposure to a range of high-value transactions.

Requirements:

Strong academic background and interpersonal skills

Outstanding analytical skills

The resilience, grit and determination to succeed in a challenging industry

Good understanding of corporate finance principals

Completion of an investment banking internship is preferred
