Fast paced chilled food business that supply an array of customers across retail, hospitality and travel sectors.
They are currently seeking an interim Specification Technologist for a 6 month maternity cover contract.

Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, this is a remote role where you'll create, update and maintain specifications for a variety of customer accounts.

You will manage internal systems and external online specification portals ensuring all information is correctively collated and in line with the latest food legislation, regulatory and compliance standards.

Prior experience as an interim Specification Technologist within a chilled food category is required, as well as the ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects.
