Marketing Programmes Specialist

Mon - Fri Hybrid working 2 office/3 home
On-site parking 25 days hols + Bank holidays

PMI / Life Assurance / Income Protection Sports and Social Club on-site**- Do you have a background in supporting corporate marketing campaigns, including developing a range of marketing services, programmes and initiatives?

  • Have you got experience of working on joint intercompany campaigns?

Areas of involvement:


Marketing programmes and campaigns:


  • Working with the Marketing Programmes Supervisor, and wider business Marketing Managers, you'll be producing quarterly joint marketing campaigns and initiatives, aimed at supporting sales and increasing finance standing.
  • Provide statistical and graphical reporting relating to industry trends, KPI's, competitor and internal campaigns and share these with key stakeholders.
  • Liaise with the field management and sales teams, use competitive information to identify performance gaps/opportunities and devise initiatives to maximise these opportunities.
  • Provide regular management reporting, data interrogation and analysis of the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and if necessary, evaluate to ensure they are optimised throughout the whole of the campaign.
  • Develop a new marketing strategy for one business area within the group.

Brand Management and Communications

  • Create and oversee all campaign related marketing communications, ensuring clarity and maintain brand values (POS and tactical adverts) in conjunction with the Marketing Comms team
  • Act in an advisory / persuasive role through providing effective tactical, campaign related finance led marketing solutions
  • Approve all campaign related communications from a finance compliance point of view

Marketing Services:


  • Support the Sales teams and customers as required

Key skills you'll be able to offer our client:

  • Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Studies or a Financial/Mathematical field.
  • Numerate and analytical thinker
  • Attention to detail desire to get things right first time
  • Good communication skills at all levels someone who is able to explain complex data in an easy to understand way, using an appropriate level of detail and communication channel for the audience
  • Excel at an advanced level and other marketing databases and systems.
