Payroll Specialist - About the Role
Payroll Specialist responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Ensuring accurate execution of pay within company guidelines and regulations.
- Processing all starters and leavers
- Process all monthly timesheets.
- Jointly maintain all employee information across the payroll system
- Accurately process all statutory and company payments
- Monthly Commission, Sickness, Referral, Maternity pay.
- Involvement in yearend routines
- Dealing with the payroll inbox queries when required
- Reviewing, Recording and Reconciling all monthly payroll balance changes.
- Prepare reports on a regular basis including filtering, v lookups, building pivots and trend analysis.
The successful Payroll Specialist will have:
- At least 12 months experience within a payroll position.
- Selfmotivated but also be able to work as a team.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Highly organised with strong problemsolving skills.
- Previous use of ADP payroll would be advantageous but not essential.
