Description
Develop and improve new and existing customer segmentation.- Supporting sales team with wellconsidered campaigns for existing B2B customers to support in the retention of key accounts.
- Identify opportunities to improve messaging, content, and customer journeys.
- Energetic, ambitious, and entrepreneurial in nature.
- Experience working with CRM (HubSpot experience preferred).
- It would be an advantage to have some competence in using HTML and CSS.
- Motivated by fastpaced environments with competing deadlines and priorities.
- Excellent spoken and written English (fluency in other languages advantageous).
- Experience in, and an understanding and empathy for the education sector would also be advantageous.
