    We are hiring for one of our global Technology clients, to join their robust and inclusive People Partnering team as a Senior HR Business Partner with global remit.

    This role will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the business through effective partnership with the C-suite and direct reports of two dynamic client groups. You will work with Marketing and another more specialist Global client group, that sits across the most unique part of their business. This role will offer opportunity to work with a people centric Head of Business Partnering and HR Director, to help roll out and embed culture, values and behaviors and business wide people strategy within your client groups.

    The ideal candidate will have extensive HR business partnering experience working within a fast paced, modern organisation with a true business partnering model (where some centres of excellence exist). You will have strong coaching skills and the ability to influence your Senior Stakeholders. You will be looking for an opportunity to work in a well stocked HR team with HR operations and Advisory team members to support on the more Operational and day-to-day ER duties of HR, giving you the opportunity to lead on Strategy and partnering.

    Responsibilities

    • Act as a strategic business partner, collaborating with C-suite and their direct reports of two large global client groups to understand the business and department goals and align people strategies accordingly
    • Act as a trusted business partner and advisor, providing people insights and recommendations to overcome or solve people challenges and drive business success
    • Challenge and influence senior stakeholders to ensure a proactive approach to HR and talent management.
    • Optimize HR processes by collaborating with specialists across recruitment, DEI, learning and development, and operations, leading and participating in programs that leverage diverse HR expertise to enhance employee and leader experiences.
    • Working with the HR Advisor as an escalation point, where complex or global remit ER exists
    • Identifying learning needs and partnering with the internal learning and development team to organise appropriate learning programs
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of your client groups challenges and provide solutions to attract, retain, engage and develop teams
    • Be responsible for global workforce management, ensuring consistent, globally aligned HR initiatives while accommodating local nuances through collaborative efforts with HR partners to promote a unified approach and share best practices.
