    Weare seeking a Lettings Manager to join our clients team based inClerkenwell London.     Responsibilities:

    NewBusiness:

    • Actpromptly and professionally on valuation inquiries attend marketappraisals and follow up asnecessary.
    • Cultivate professional enduringrelationships with landlords expanding and maintaining the LandlordProspecting Database.
    • Utilize marketing toolseffectively to promote successful transactions and supportcentralized marketing initiatives.
    • Monitorcompetitor stock and identify opportunities for service expansionwithin the officenetwork.


    DepartmentAdministration:

    • Provideinformed advice on pricing and marketing strategies tolandlords.
    • Ensure property and certificationcompliance for all landlords.
    • Offer regularfeedback and marketing guidance to landlords with properties on themarket.
    • Address daytoday queries from landlordsand tenants promptly.
    • Train and guidenegotiators to optimize applicant inquiries and adhere to companyguidelines.
    • Supervise file progressionincluding the approval of key documents such as draft tenancyagreements.
    • Motivate and support the team toachieve targets structuring their day effectively and maximizingbankingopportunities.

    General:

    • Upholdand improve office procedures andsystems.
    • Maintainimpeccable data quality and quantity on companysoftware.
    • Ensure adequate office coverage andstaffing levels at all times.
    • Report officemaintenance issues and Health & Safetyconcerns.
    • Manage team annual leave requests andmonitor absences and punctuality.
    • Stay updatedon legislative changes and industryguidelines.

    WorkingHours:

    • SummerHours: Monday Thursday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pmSaturday 10:00 am to 2:00 pm (on a rota basis with a half day inlieu).
    • Winter Hours: Monday Friday 9:00 am to6:00 pm Saturday 10:00 am to 2:00 pm (on a rota basis with a halfday in lieu). Additional hours may be required to fulfill jobresponsibilities.
