CSP are proud to be partnering with a fast growing global prestigious beauty brand to find an operations director for their global business. This is a newly created position to help structure, drive and support their fast growth.

This assumes end to end responsibility for all supply chain operations across planning, logistics, warehousing and S&OP. We are targeting supply chain leaders with experience of dealing with prestigious retailers especially across Europe and an ability to work with senior stakeholders to drive the transformation.

This role requires a hands on approach with the ability to manage people, analytics, suppliers and retailers and build a first class business trough both people and process leadership. Experience of working with fast growing beauty brands and within entrepreneurial, hands on and fast growth cultures is essential.
