    Role: Technical Solutions Architect - Cloud

    Salary: £50-60K plus car allowance and OTE

    Job Location: Chorley or Wrexham based - Hybrid

    The role

    We're looking for an experienced and highly motivated Cloud endpoint evangelist to design and implement complex Microsoft 365 solutions for Netcentrix customer desktop, laptop, tablet & smartphone estates.

    In this role, you will provide a high level of customer engagement, and be responsible for designing and implementing complex endpoint solutions, taking the proactive lead in driving Cloud adoption and recurring revenue sales across the Netcentrix customer base.

    Some of the responsibilities of a Technical Solutions Architect at Netcentrix include:

    • Provide strategic customer engagement for the design and installation of new IT Cloud endpoint opportunities.
    • Carry out remote & onsite customer meetings and workshops with a high standard of professionalism.
    • Engage with internal account managers to identify Cloud endpoint opportunities within the Netcentrix customer base.
    • Liaise with the wider business to provide expert consultancy and guidance on all IT Cloud services.
    • Oversee the implementation of IT Cloud endpoint solutions, ensuring best practice is communicated and followed by the operational teams.
    • Provide a proactive support and escalation channel for all IT Cloud endpoint solutions as and when required for Netcentrix internal operational teams.
    • Create and maintain clear and precise technical documentation for customer projects and installs, including proposals, HLD's and diagrams.
    Role requirements
    • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Cloud service offerings, including:
    • Office365 suite (Office, hosted email, OneDrive, Sharepoint etc.)
    • Active Directory Authentication (AAD, ADFS etc.)
    • Cloud Security (MFA, MDM, InTune, DLP etc.)
    • Defender for Endpoint, M365 and server.
    • Microsoft Teams including, messaging and chat, meetings, device management and teams calling including direct routing and operator connect.
    • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Azure services, including:
    • WVD (design, pricing, provisioning)
    • Server hosting (design, migration, support etc.)
    • Experience in designing and installing complex Hybrid Cloud solutions using O365, Azure and Netcentrix's own private data centres.
    • Understanding and demonstration of excellent customer service.
    • A minimum level of Microsoft MCP in Cloud technologies.
