A growing and well established London law firm with offices in Stratford, central London and Croydon is looking to recruit a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 -3 years of experience specialising in 'Contentious Probate Matters' in the UK.

Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of contentious probate matters from inception to resolution.
Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients on inheritance disputes, contested wills, and estate administration issues.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
Attend court hearings, mediations, and negotiations on behalf of clients.
Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals, such as barristers and experts, to strengthen case arguments.
Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on case progress and address their concerns.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and professional standards in all aspects of case management.

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience specialising in contentious probate matters in the UK.
Solid understanding of UK laws and procedures related to probate, inheritance, and estate disputes.
Proven track record of successfully managing and resolving complex contentious probate cases.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
