£22 per hour

Howard Finley Care are currently looking for an excellent Deputy Nursing Home Manager to support in managing and developing a medium size nursing home based in Banstead.

Role and Responsibilities of the Deputy Nursing Home Manager RGN / RMN:
Experience Required of the Deputy Nursing Home Manager RGN/RMN:

The Deputy Care Home Manager should have experience of working in an older person setting, producing well developed care plans.

The Deputy Home Manager will have worked with and mentored a small care team and have a track record of supporting more juniorstaff.

The successful Deputy Manager will also be a Registered Nurse with Current NMC PIN and will have excellent clinical skills.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

Nurse qualified RGN / RMN Active Pin
Experience at senior level managing teams of people.
Excellent communication skills.
Up to date clinical skills.
Previous experience working in a senior position within a Nursing Home environment.
