£125k + 10% bonus - 1 x week in office (London)
Our client is a renowned Retail/Commerical Bank who are growing exponentially.

They are an award winning service and are committed to providing an unmatched quality of customer service to their clients.

You will be coming in as a iOS Tech Lead, you will be leading a small team of 4 iOS Engineers based in London as well as an offshore team.

You will be equpping the iOS team with the right processes, standards and tools to enable them to perform to a highlevel ensuring that they maintain high standards of quality and managing risk.

Your day to day will entail defining, owning and maintaining processses. You will be responsible for designing a roadmap and working alongside Feature Teams to algin delivery plans.

You will be expected to raise and own any risks that may occur within yourfunction and ensuring these are regularly reviewed and plans are put in place to mitigate these risks.

As the Tech Lead you will be a Subject Matter Expert for all things iOS and will be required to support your team and others across the bank as and whenyour expertise is required.
