Collins Property Recruitment are working with a market-leading, boutique luxury Estate Agency in North-West and Central London.

We are looking to recruit for them a Digital Marketing Manager to increase brand awareness across their existing digital marketing channels, generate leads for their sales and lettings teams, and explore new marketing techniques and strategies to grow thebusiness.

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the overall, end-to-end marketing and brand development strategy across all digital channels in an all-encompassing, autonomous position where you will be responsible for managing your own timeand duties, setting KPI goals, managing budgets, measuring results and providing monthly performance reports to the directors.

In return, the Digital Marketing Manager will receive £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

They will also play a key role in the continual development their entire online proposition, including content management on both the property portals (Rightmove, Zoopla and On The Market) and general maintenance of their website.

A proven experience in building and delivering multichannel marketing campaigns and the ability to get results against previously established targets
Able to confidently prepare and manage a digital marketing budget and then measure KPIs and ROI
Create and present clear and concise marketing reports to the relevant directors
Ability to analyze marketing data and make datadriven decisions for how current or future campaigns can be better optimized to yield better results
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs and a willingness to learn new skills and software.
Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign and Acrobat Pro (or similar products) as well as WordPress based websites.
