We've partnered with a well-respected estate and lettings agent known for their commitment to excellence. They're on the lookout for a Lettings Negotiator to join their team in the Liverpool area due to growth.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct property viewings.
  • Negotiating offers and agreements between Landlords and Tenants.
  • Management of an existing portfolio.
  • Performing checkin & checkouts.
  • Building relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • 1 year + experience of experience
  • Must be able to drive
  • Good knowledge of the area
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customerfocused attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment.
  • Committed to developing a career within the industry.

The Package
- £21,000 - £25,000 basic salary
- £26,000-£30,000 OTE
